Year of the spirits.
Like it or not, the year 2020 has indeed been the year of the spirits. An evil spirit virus held the whole world on lockdown the whole year and has had everyone dealing with that, trying to stay whole and not fall apart. Imagine how much work it must’ve been for ‘spirit’ companies to produce all the ethanol based products that proved apparently safer to use, to sanitize and even give loads of people some cheer during the lockdown. Thankfully, if you are reading this, you are one of the very lucky spirits that made it.
Hope this coming year, 2021 is brighter, better and filled with a lot more love, cleanliness and goodness.
Anyway, this post is just a toast.
Raise a glass to the spirits departed and to the spirits still with us, especially to the front-liners.
